Restaurant Demain welcomed its first guests on January 19, 2024. Dani Hoefnagels: "After gaining 10 years of experience in beautiful places and learning from inspiring chefs, both in the Netherlands and abroad, I felt it was time for a new step. I met Romée in Brabant, the place where we were both born and raised, and together we wanted to take this step.
For us, it is important that Demain reflects its identity – the feeling, that piece of ourselves. In the kitchen, the key words are Simplicity, Product, and Abstraction, something that personally resonates with me. I want to cook as purely as possible, using only the very best products. I have a fantastic team beside me who shares this vision. We carry this personality through to every detail: the music, the atmosphere, the scent – everything must come together and feel like a unified whole.
We would love to offer you a moment where you can unwind from daily life and enjoy the most beautiful painting that exists: a view of the sea that changes every day.
